We are a COVID secure venue this means we are following the Government strict rules that are in place to help reduce the spread of the virus. These rules include wearing a face mask in all communal areas, halls and rooms unless you are unable to (for reasons such as exercise) or are except.  You must keep a 2m distance where possible.  You must use the hand gel stations on entering the Link and The Point, these are located inside the reception area of both buildings which you are asked to use on entry.  There are also stations in each hall to help with continual sanitisation. We have a One Way system in the building which must be followed.  There are markings on the floor and signs around the building.

It is a legal requirement to sign in or check in by using QR code located in the reception (you will need the NHS COVID 19 App).  Refusal to sign in could mean refusal to entry.  There are floor makers to help with social distancing for when you are inside the building and to help with the one way system which must be adhered to, to help reduce the risk of spreading the virus.

We are still working with BVA and BDBC to help those most in need in the Tadley and District area.  We are assisting people with food shopping, medication collection, other errands, signposting and supplying food parcels for those most in need.  Should you require support, please call 01256 844844 and Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council will direct you to the appropriate hub, for those who fall into the most vulnerable group for clinical reasons, please call 0333 370 4000.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our volunteers who are working hard to keep the vulnerable in the community safe and to thank you for your continued support.  We look forward to welcoming you back at again very soon.
